Your CFI provides flight training services in the
Tampa Bay area of Florida.
We offer both traditional and accelerated training for Sport,
Private, Instrument, and Commercial students.
Traditional vs. Accelerated Training
Traditional training is accomplished at the student pilot's
request depending on his or her availability. Accelerated
training is usually accomplished over a period of two to six
weeks, depending again on your availability. Accelerated
training can be arranged to earn any pilot certificate.
Cost of Services
Your CFI offers a flat rate of $40.00 per hour for all
instruction provided in customer owned aircraft. On occasion
instruction is done in rental aircraft provided by another
corporation, in this case instruction rates may vary slightly
depending on the needs of that corporation.
Flat Rate Fees (Instruction Only)
Flat rate flight review - $75.00 (up to 3 hrs)
Flat rate instrument proficiency check - $100.00 (up to 4 hrs)
Your CFI is based in Zephyrhills Florida and is willing to travel
to other local airports (contact for details). Zephyrhills is
located in beautiful Pasco County Florida, easily accessible
from Pasco, Hillsborough, Polk, and Hernando Counties.
