| General Information about getting your Sport Pilot License The Sport pilot license is a great way to get started in aviation. No medical examinations if you have a valid drivers license. Earn your license in as little as 20 hours flight time. Keep costs low, yet fly new equipment! 2011 Cessna Skycatcher $105.00 hour wet (including fuel). Flight instruction is $50.00. No doubt you have many questions that need to be answered. For most students it’s hard to even know what questions to ask.
